Pharmacy – Pharmacy is a term used to describe an independent retailer who works as a Retail Chemist & Druggist and who has a valid license to work as a Retailer pursuant to the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and rules thereof, as well as other licenses and registration pursuant to applicable laws, also referred to as Sellers.
The website allows third party pharmacy (with licensed/ registration) to purchase the pharmaceutical products.
Lab – Lab is an independent pathology lab that having licensed/ registered/ NOC under the Clinical Establishment Act (CEA) and operates as Pathology. For the diagnostic we offered various diagnostics centres (third party lab).

Dawa Duniya membership or registration is only open to companies/ individuals who are authorized to enter into an agreement within the scope of Indian Contract Act 1872.
To providing the services through the Website you have to register yourself. For registration we need following personal information –

In the event that the prescription uploaded by you is invalid, illegible/expired, or if you have not uploaded a prescription, we may connect you with third-party vendors who represent that they have the necessary legal qualifications and are suitable to provide the health care advice you may need to rectify your prescription, in the event of an invalid/ illicit/ expired prescription, or to issue a prescription in the event that you have not uploaded your prescription, on the basis of the information provided to them by you through our Teleconsultation Services.
This consultation could be on phone call, zoom, google meet, social media or any other communicational services. Dawa Duniya provide consultation for Doctor, Dietician, Yoga teacher and other medical health guider. At the time of communication Dawa Duniya is a mediator between the consultant and customers so its your responsibility to follow all the guideline provided by the consultant nor us.

The Dawa Duniya website offers third party diagnostic services (test/ package). These party provides sample collection, home collection, conducting tests, generating, and delivering lab reports etc.
▪ Sale of the pharmaceuticals items and health care
This website provides various categories of medicines, supplements, personal care items, health care machines, baby care, over the counter (OTC) drugs, surgical items etc. with the permitted license. We don’t provide schedule X category of drugs.
Registration
For the registration you have to open on account on Dawa Duniya. You are totally responsible to keep your data privately as well as your password. For all medicine orders except when the law allows dispatch of medicines without a prescription, you need to upload a scanned prescription copy on Dawa Duniya platform issued by the registered medical practitioner. Order will be packed by the registered pharmacist or under the supervision of qualified pharmacist.
➢ Payment
For purchasing the product customers having multiple way to pay their amount – Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking/Third party Wallets and COD.
You can also pay your amount through the UPI or by using our QR code that provided by the Dawa Duniya.
➢ Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation – You may cancel your order before the confirmation of your order.
Prescription Verification – Once the prescription is verified, the cancellation window may be limited.

Refund Eligibility – Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the stage of order processing. Refunds will not be processed for orders that have already been shipped.
