▪ Eligibility for Returns – Returns are accepted within 05 (five) days from the date of delivery
▪ Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged or defective product, please
contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
▪ Product not matches with your order.
▪ Near Expiry – If you received near expiry product (3 month or less than from the mentioned
near expiry on the product) you will be able to return.
▪ Any incorrect opening of packaging will not be eligible for Return.
▪ Returned products should be returned only if they are in their original packaging (i.e.,
original price labels, original bar-code, original invoice).
▪ Requests for return due to a changed prescription are not eligible for Return.
▪ Miner opening of the strips, broken seal, damaged label will not be accepted for return.
