Use:
Bandy-Plus is a medicine used to treat parasitic worms. It is used to treat a variety of infections caused by parasitic worms, including roundworms and tapeworms, in children.
Bandy-Plus works by paralyzing the worms and preventing them from absorbing the body’s energy, causing them to die.
Indication:
Bandy-Plus should be given to your child orally, preferably with fat-rich foods like milk. This helps your child’s body to break down the medicine more effectively. If your child throws up within half an hour of taking the medicine, repeat the dose. Do not take more than one dose if it’s time to take the next one. The amount of time your child will need to take the medicine will vary depending on the worm type your child has.
Side Effects:
Most of the time, this medicine is given as a one-time dose. Your child’s doctor may also prescribe a second dose after two weeks in order to stop the infection from coming back. However, in certain types of infections, this medicine may need to be given to your child for several days to weeks. If this is the case, you will need to give it to your child for the exact number of days, as stopping it too early may lead to re-infection

some of the common yet temporary side effects of this medicine are Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, abdominal pain, flatulence, loss of appetite, hair fall, mild fever, and sore throat. this medicine may cause bleeding (In some rare cases)which is a serious side effect of this medicine. One should inform the doctor if these side effects persist or become serious or if bleeding occurs to your child.
