Also known as ABO grouping, Blood Type Test, ABORh.
Blood Group ABO & RH Factor Test is performed to identify certain inherited substances (antigens) present on the surface of red blood cells (RBCs) and specifies them into four groups, A, B, AB, or O, which is called the ABO system. This test also helps in detecting the presence of Rhesus (Rh) factor, which is a protein found on the surface of RBCs in the blood.
