Side Effects:
Common side effects of this medication include: Headache, Weakness, Dizziness, Lowering blood pressure, High level of potassium in the blood, Occasionally with syncope, Orthostatic hypotension, Breathing problems, Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Fatigue.
It is recommended to avoid potassium-rich foods and supplements. It may cause dizziness. Avoid driving or slowly rise from the sitting position. During treatment You may be asked to have regular monitoring of your blood pressure, Blood sugar level, Kidney function, Urea, Electrolyte level.
