Use:
is a combination of medicines used to treat severe menstrual bleeding and pain. It stops the clotting of blood to reduce excessive bleeding during menstruation. It also stops the production of some chemical messengers that produce pain and inflammation.
Indication:
It can be taken any time of the day, with or without food. However, it is recommended to take it the same time every day. The first day of your period is the best time to take it for maximum benefit. Take it as long as your doctor prescribes. Follow the dosage and duration of your doctor’s instructions. If you forget to take it, take it right away. Don’t forget to complete the entire course of treatment, even if you are feeling better. If you don’t see any changes in your periods after 3 consecutive menstrual cycles, inform your doctor.
Side Effects:
Nausea, Stomach pain, Headache, Nasal congestion, Sinus pain, Inflammation of the sinuses, Rash, Fatigue, Musculo-skeletal pain, Diarrhoea, It may cause diarrhoea, Drinking plenty of fluids, It may help prevent dehydration. If you do not see any changes in your period after 3 consecutive cycle , consult your doctor.

Tell your doctor about your other medicines.
You may be asked to have an eye exam while taking this medication.
