Acivir 500 Infusion is an antiviral class of medicine, which use to treat the viral infection. It also aids in the treatment of viral infections such as Herpes labialis, Herpes simplex, Shingles, Genital Herpes infection and Chickenpox.
It acts on the virus DNA and stops the virus from multiplying it help in decreasing the overload of virus.
Indications:
It is administered by a professional doctor or nurse (healthcare professional), do not try to self administrate. Dose also given as per doctor recommendation by time to time. It is given by I.V. only. Do not miss the administration dose.
Side Effects:
The common side effects is headache, dizziness, vomiting, nausea, fatigue, and fever. Although consult with your doctor if you have these symptoms.
